Morning, John —

Just pushed the big dependency upgrade to master. Quick rundown of what changed and what's coming next:

  • All 10 stale Dependabot PRs are now closed.
  • Webpack bumped to 5.101.3, Bootstrap to 5.3.8, Chart.js to 4.5.0.
  • Removed the last jQuery references in the calendar component (~14kb saved).
  • CI passed on first run, no flaky tests this time around 🎉

I've attached the bundle-size delta and the migration notes. The only thing I'd flag — the new FullCalendar release moves a few CSS variables around, so the dark-mode preview will need a quick visual pass. Sara already has a draft fix in PR #487.

Let me know if you spot anything off in staging — happy to roll back individual packages if needed.
